A Dedicated development center, which is an extension of the customer's software engineering facility, where CIPL manages pool of specialized, multi-disciplinary resources to meet the customer's explicit business objectives. At the dedicated center, we go to extra lengths to simulate processes to exacting standards as per the customer's requirements.
This plan is usually applied in long-term partnerships with a significant amount of work. Specifically in complex projects, where it is not advisable to replace the developer during the project. Project budgeting is pre-decided and fixed for different technologies or level of resources required.
Recruiting a team that satisfies the project requirements and producing the specified monthly amount of work is a responsibility of CIPL. Contracts are signed with resources and their work time is reserved for a customer. Some resources may work full-time within the dedicated team and others may work part-time. The customer is liable to keep the workload of the team at the agreed specified level.
