Job Description:

      • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
      • Sourcing resumes through various job portals, social media and contacts
      • Create detailed and effective job descriptions
      • Review and understand technical job requirements
      • Coordinating interviews with the hiring manager
      • Following up on the interview process status
      • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
      • Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position
      • Must be well versed with end to end IT recruitment process
      • Networking, build relationship with candidates, speak to them on regular basis
      • Understand the market trend, changes & updates about market, technologies
      • Sharing weekly work status report

Requisite Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skill
  • 1+ year experience of experience in IT recruitment 
  • Experience in working in complex technology(like Web and Mobile)
  • Experience in Office automation tools (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc)
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Self-confidence and self starter
