Atlas technology, previously Elements Global, is a Chicago-based technology company with a product geared towards simplifying Business expansion, Onboarding Employees, generating invoices, and paying globally.
They sought to boost employee experience across the globe by building an all-in-one platform for managing all employee needs. Their requirement was to revamp the entire product and move to tomorrow-proof technologies for managing everything employee relates- expansion, onboarding, offboarding, management, payment, etc.

The Start
The pandemic ushered in the future of work and businesses expanded with remote teams and international employees. However, there were several challenges faced while deploying and paying these international employees and, at the same time, ensuring compliance with their local regulations.
Bringing this localized experience into the enterprise-grade app wasn't an easy task. Their initial platform lacked a number of features, functionalities, and the experience that businesses and their remaote teams would expect. That's where we stepped in/
