They have over 80+ websites for their medical and dental care centers which were hosted with Episerver CMS, a proprietary system. They wanted managed migration of all these sites in minimum time without any data loss.

The Start
Healius had 80+ websites running on a proprietary system called Episerver CMS. They wanted to migrate these websites to an open-source and feature-rich content management system to save on licensing costs and move faster with changes.
WordPress was their CMS of choice. As a seasoned expert in digital experience and content management systems, we helped them with a managed migration service where we assigned a team of experts to strategize and perform a controlled migration in a risk-mitigated way.
We migrated the entire ecosystem within a month, including the user interface of the current sites, their live content, including static information pages, practitioners' information, rosters, links to the 3rd party platforms like Google Maps, HotDoc, and MyHealth1st. Additionally, we also set-up a multi-layer server program to ensure that nothing happens to the platform and even added layers of automation to manage roosters across all sites.
