They are a leading e-Clinical solution provider of the pharma industry and come with years of experience, having delivered solutions worth millions of pounds.
They had a revolutionary idea where they wanted to enhance patient experience and reduce the overall patient withdrawal through a SaaS-based patient reminder tool. The customer also wanted the product to improve adherence to compliance in clinical trials. The product needed to be ingrained with algorithms that could break down data and create even complex events in the clinical research and also send reminders accordingly.

Goals
To launch an easy-to-use, multi-lingual reminder solution that can create events & reminders from clinical reports, adheres to compliance, and offers doctors access to real-time blinded reports.
Solution
We collaborated with the customer and identified their business need and decided to build a SaaS reminder tool. It would send interactive SMS, Email, iCal and IVR as reminders. We also ensured that the app has a dashboard for doctors & nurses to enrol patients.

The Start
Many participants in clincal trials do not remember to follow through a schedule, which leads to reduced compliance and failure in generating proper results. The client wanted to create an application that could help healthcare players across the globe attract more patients for their clincal trials and generate better results.
We started developing their multi-tenant architecture that could be used by multiple customers across the globe and have multi-lingual support. They wanted to send reminders to patients based on the events of the clinical reserach. For this, we added several third party integrations like BulkSMS, Twilio, Amazon SES and many more.
The SaaS product we delivered could be used by doctors & nurses to enroll the patient data and at the same time create automatic events to send reminders to patients. Moreover, it was also lined with the feature to allow study sponsors with the access to real-time blinded reports.
