About SEUPB
SEUPB or Special EU Programmes Body is a government body that facilitates the positive impact of European Regional Development Funding on the people living in Northern Ireland, the Border Region of Ireland, and Western Scotland. They have implemented programs like EU’s PEACE IV (€270m), INTERREG VA (€283m), INTERREG VB Transnational, INTERREG VC, and more.
The official website of SEUPB was outdated and unable to cater to the demands that were being placed upon it over the EU programming cycles and beyond.
To build the new official website for SEUPB with new sections while keeping the existing sections and providing an efficient Content Management System.
Goals
To redesign & redevelop the organizational website on modern CMS and build extensive modules and integrations to facilitate documentation and delivery.
Solution
We chose Drupal as the CMS and brought together a team of project managers, business analysts, and software engineers to build a platform that redefines the experience, ensures fast loading of the heavy file and has high-security control. We helped manage the content and file to accommodate all their upcoming changes like complaint sections, job listing sections, events, etc.

The Start
SEUPB is a government body that implements several peace and progress programmes that impact the lives of people living across Northern Ireland, the Border Region of Ireland and Western Scotland. Their older site had become obsolete, and they needed a platform to meet the demands of the EU programming cycle. We recommended Drupal as the CMS of choice and started with complete site redesign and redevelopment.
We ensured 100% responsiveness, click-less-scroll, and more technique to make their platform more updated. We also integrated a top one media for document management and ensured faster uploading of media like videos, images, audio clips, and more. Being a government site, we also added high-security control at every level.
