Client Overview

ForHealth (formerly Healius) is an Australian healthcare organisation that supports independent doctors, dentists, nurses, and allied health practitioners. The company's mission is to empower independent health practitioners to provide quality, accessible healthcare for all Australians.

ForHealth needed to migrate more than 100 independently managed clinic websites from a .NET platform to a single, centrally managed CMS — while simultaneously rebranding the entire network from Healius to ForHealth.

The Challenge

  • Over 100 independently operating clinic websites created significant management complexity.
  • A fragmented .NET platform made it impossible to control content or branding consistently across sites.
  • No Super Admin portal existed to manage, update, or monitor all clinic websites from a single point.
  • Rebranding from Healius to ForHealth required coordinated changes across every website simultaneously.
  • Manual processes for scheduling, bookings, and payments created operational inefficiencies at scale.

Our Approach

1. Establish a single platform architecture first

Before migrating any individual site, Classic Informatics designed the WordPress Multisite architecture to support centralised Super Admin control — so every subsequent migration landed onto a stable, purpose-built foundation.

2. Build for network-wide consistency, not just individual sites

UI, branding, and content management standards were set at the network level, ensuring that all 100+ sites operated consistently while still allowing individual clinics to manage their own local content.

3. Integrate scheduling and operational tools at the platform level

Rather than managing third-party integrations clinic by clinic, Classic Informatics built roster, booking, calendar, and payment integrations into the core platform — making them available to every site on the network from day one.

4. Complete the rebrand as part of the migration, not separately

The transition from Healius to ForHealth branding was executed as an integrated part of the migration programme — treating rebranding as a platform-level change rather than a manual site-by-site update.
