Zonka Feedback is an India-based SaaS platform used by 2,000+ global brands to collect and analyse customer and employee experience data across 30+ countries. The platform handles over 1 million surveys per month, covering NPS, CSAT, and CES measurement.
As the product scaled, Zonka Feedback found itself juggling a fragmented set of tools — WordPress for the website, separate platforms for CRM, SEO, project management, social publishing, and performance analytics. They needed everything under one roof.

Before moving a single page, we mapped all 200+ URLs, assessed existing SEO value, and identified content that needed restructuring versus straight migration. This prevented ranking loss during the transition.
3. Rebrand alongside migration
Rather than migrate the old design as-is, we redesigned the website while migrating it — creating a fully managed, HubSpot-native experience optimised for Zonka Feedback's SaaS audience and conversion goals.
