The lifecycle of a typical Classic Informatics project begins with a planning session meant to understand the project requisites and goals. This lets us form a clearer picture of the overall work required; delivers worthwhile artifacts which are used throughout the project, and helps the main build to proceed smoothly.

The project is divided into phases based on functionality & requirement. Each phase is time-boxed into small Sprints - a two-week work cycle - where we complete tasks allotted to the Sprint. The project manager makes use of daily standups, planning, & retrospective meetings to maintain momentum and build trust within the team. Once the product is delivered & when the initial response is in, the team begins working on a scaling strategy to make the product a desirable one.
